BloombergNEF (BNEF) released its Global Energy Storage Tier 1 Manufacturers Ranking for Q3 2026 around July 31, 2026.

Centered on the bankability of projects, the ranking is assessed based on recent actual delivery data for large-scale stationary energy storage projects. It does not constitute investment or product recommendations and is for reference only. The full official list is primarily available to BNEF subscribers.

• Total listed companies: 68 (up approximately 51% from Q3 2025)

• Chinese companies: 60, accounting for around 88% (an increase of roughly 50% compared with Q3 2025)
• Outside Chinese suppliers, Tesla and Fluence from the United States, Finland’s Wärtsilä, and Canadian Solar e-STORAGE from Canada are also regular entrants on the ranking.
